Medical Information

Please let the school know if your child has any medical issues we may need to know about, as you will be required to complete a Medical Form to ensure we a providing the best care for your child while they are at school. If your child requires the use of an inhaler or EpiPen please ensure you provide two for your child’s use in school making sure they are clearly marked with your child’s name.

The school can only administer medication prescribed by a doctor. If medication needs to be administered to your child during school hours you will need to complete a Medication Administration Form which should be submitted to the school office. Medication must be handed into the school office and be clearly marked with your child’s name, class and instruction for administration.
